SalaryLisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established solicitors based in the centre of Nottingham. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a Receptionist, PA or Facilities Co-Ordinator role.
Administrator duties will include:
- Liaising with customers in person and over the telephone
- Managing the booking facility for meetings and arranging catering
- Incoming/outgoing post and arranging couriers
- Booking hotel and travel arrangements
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery
- Providing general administrative support as required
