Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Private Service Administration team at the Abbey Clinic as a Senior Administrator.

This is a part-time (22 hours) opportunity working a mix of managerial and front facing reception duties in a busy clinic in Marlow. The Abbey Clinic, part of the Vita Health Group, is located in the beautiful Bisham Abbey grounds. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Podiatry, Rehab and Massage Therapists on site.

You will provide support and expert knowledge to the administrators onsite at the Abbey Clinic. We are known for providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive environment for our team members.

The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a very busy environment and priortise and manage workloads using own initiative. 

This role is a face-to-face role working out of the Abbey Clinic across 4 days per week.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Previous Management Experience in an Administration Environment 
  • Experience working with the public 
  • Ability to lead and work within a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a Private Healthcare Environment
