Our highly established client is seeking an experienced and competent Senior Administrator to join their friendly team.
Job Specification:Responsibilities
- Acting as first the first point of contact
- Answering calls and responding to emails from existing clients and new enquiries
- Booking works via portal
- Setting up new accounts
- Monitoring fleet vehicles
- Maintaining staff training procedures and policies
- Typing of documents and contracts
- Update and maintain office procedures
- Ordering office supplies
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Additional Information:
Based in Kingswood
Up to £32,000
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm
30 - 40 hours per week (£32,000 for a full working week, otherwise salary will be pro rata)
25 days holiday (3 - 4 to be taken between Christmas and New Year due to office closure, depending on how he bank holiday fall)
