What you'll be doing:
Your main purpose in this role is to implement a broad range of administrative matters in order to contribute to an efficient and effective operation across a complex portfolio or school courses. You will be leading a team of course administrators which will include day-to-day supervision, training, coaching, annual reviews and be responsible for the maintenance of student records.

What we're looking for:
- Experience within a customer focused environment
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
- Some experience and knowledge of working in higher education and dealing with educational databases
- Ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload
- Can work independently and proactively under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm
- Competitive salary up to £27,000 DOE
