A major UK distributor of automotive parts has a new vacancy for a Senior Administrator to join the team. A newly created position due to expansion, you will be responsible for site administration, controlling all paperwork, managing visitors and providing general support to senior team. Candidates must be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to work on their own initiative.
Commutable from: St Leonards, Wimborne, Bournemouth, Poole.
Salary: £ 28,000 - £ 32,000 p.a. + benefits

The Role
Oversee all site administration duties.
Provide high level of support to the senior team.
Manage invoicing and create purchase orders.
Maintain and manage site paperwork.
Review invoices and issue purchase order numbers.
Compile data to help management.
Manage onsite visitors.
Help coordinate delivery schedules when necessary.
The Person
An experienced senior Administrator.
Experience in, or comfortable working in fast paced environment.
Able to work on own initiative and must be self-motivated.
Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail.
A problem solver with strong analytical skills.
Strong IT skills.
