Senior Administrator

Temporary - for up to 12 months

£13.93 per hour

Central Bristol - hybrid working (after training period)

Full Time - Monday - Friday 9-5

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for Senior Administrators to support with finance and administrative tasks.

You would be based in their Children Placements Team, with key duties including:

• Review and input of financial payments onto the Payment System.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring that requests comply with policies and procedures.
• Review and processing of invoices following purchase order approval process.
• Frequent contact with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Monitor customer enquiries mailbox.
• Ad-hoc support to cover the Finance and Data Officer.

Skills / experience:

• Experience of processing payments
• Invoicing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Administration experience
