You will be working closely with the Office Manager and supporting the office as a whole. A very well established business with a great name in their field and so this is a great opportunity for the right person.
Key duties will include:
- Liaising with product providers, as and when necessary.
- Liaising with clients, and clients' representatives, as and when required.
- Assisting advisors in the creation of client financial reports / letters.
- To attend staff meetings as and when required.
- Maintain a computerised customer database.
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
- Create financial reports using spreadsheets.
- Prepare client portfolio reviews.
- Monitoring and prioritising workloads
- Keeping managers up to date on the workload progress
- Supporting team members with training
- Monitoring staff absences
- Creating and maintaining filing systems / client files
- Arranging meetings / booking appointments
- Compiling invoices
- Producing reports
