A dynamic organisation in Bolton is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their busy HR team on a fixed-term contract basis (3-6 months initially). As a Senior HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with various administrative and project-based tasks. This role requires someone adept at handling employee relations matters, managing casework, and providing general HR support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to the HR team with employee relations inquiries, managing casework, and grievances.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
- Immediately available or on short notice.

The position offers a hybrid working model with ideally 4 days in the office per week, offering some flexibility if needed.
Office-based role located in Bolton. Salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE).
