We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrator/ PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client's organization.
Key Duties:
- Provide confidential support to the CEO, including managing diary and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assist in prioritizing the CEO's workload and filtering requests on her behalf.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate agendas, meeting papers, and take minutes as required.
- Organize attendance at external conferences, away days, and other meetings.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Expertise in diary management.
- Proven experience with administrative procedures.
- Flexible attitude and commitment to success.
- Ability to work well within a motivated and professional team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with diary scheduling tools such as Doodle and online meeting software (MS Teams, Zoom).
- Proactive with strong initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
