Description
- Managing administrative processes within the department.
- Coordinating with various teams for efficient workflow.
- Assisting in the organisation and preparation of meetings and reports.
- Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate record system.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing high-level support to senior members of the company.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful 'Senior Administrator' should have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
- Great Excel skills.
