Description

• Managing administrative processes within the department.
• Coordinating with various teams for efficient workflow.
• Assisting in the organisation and preparation of meetings and reports.
• Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate record system.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Providing high-level support to senior members of the company.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Administrator' should have:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
• Great Excel skills.
• Experience working with projects.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
