Salary Role: Senior Administrator
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary / Rate of pay: £14.11ph hour inclusive of holiday pay
Platinum Recruitment support multiple offices in the Poole area, and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator on a temporary basis.
This client offers consistent hours of:
8.30am-5.15pm Mon-Thurs with an EARLY FINISH every Friday of 4.45pm
This is a temporary role until April 2024 with the potential to go permanent.

What’s involved?
* Dealing with highly sensitive information via post, phone, and email
* Greeting anyone who attends the office.
* Taking all initial calls – being the first point of contact
* Directing queries to the relevant member of staff or department.
* General administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, printing.
* Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.
The successful candidate would ideally have a valid DBS (preferred but not essential)
This role involves a lot of resilience to deal with hard hitting information in highly sensitive situations.
