Working within a supportive team, you will manage national and regional partnerships on behalf of Futures Teaching Alliance, to ensure efficient, effective day to day operations and support the DfE ‘Golden Thread’ of Continuous Professional Development & Learning (CPDL), School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) and the Early Career Framework programme delivery, acting as a primary contact in building and managing external partnerships.
Experience
Achieved English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
- Business or administrative qualification.
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to develop positive long-term relationships.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to own areas of work and independently manage designated workstreams successfully.

Duties
Be a primary point of contact, face to face, over the telephone and in writing, to liaise with representatives of numerous national and regional organisations and be able to promote the services offered by Futures Teaching Alliance with knowledge and confidence.
- Develop and maintain working practices and systems to support the successful delivery of programmes across a range of organisations and locations.
- Operate independently with the ability to prioritise and respond to/resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Organise the Futures Teaching Alliance team members by understanding their roles and managing their commitments to provide optimum utilisation across the team.
- Co-ordinate the flow of complex information in a considered, timely and accurate manner by anticipating the needs of the team and its customers.
- Manage data systems, such as Best Practice Network Client Management System (CCMS), Teach First and DfE portals, to ensure multiple streams of information and activity are co-ordinated to deliver strong reporting and retrieval of data in line with GDPR requirements.
- Plan, co-ordinate and manage Futures Teaching Alliance events, ensuring that all arrangements are in place for them to be successful and impactful.
- Take accurate minutes at meetings and hearings with actions and timescales clearly documented, working closely with stakeholders to ensure actions are closed out.
- Manage the Visitor Management Process, ensuring that appropriate safeguarding checks have been conducted for all individuals visiting Futures Teaching Alliance, in line with The Futures Trust Visitor Management Policy.
- Have responsibility for producing regular reports which provide key performance information to the Futures Teaching Alliance Team, supporting leadership decision making
- Provide an efficient, proactive administrative service for Futures Teaching Alliance.
- Be responsible for ensuring supplies and stock are in place ready for upcoming events.
