Due to continuing expansion our client, a national service company, is actively seeking a professional, dedicated and reliable Senior Administrator - Team Leader to supervise their administrative team and ensure daily office tasks are completed seamlessly.
Duties to include:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office administrative systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate administrative staff to ensure a high level of service and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the administrative department, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
- Facilitate internal communication by preparing and distributing memos, newsletters, and updates to keep staff informed of company developments and policies.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure advantageous terms and manage the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Implement and oversee security protocols for the handling of confidential documents and information to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and staff retreats, to ensure they meet organizational objectives and budget constraints.
The Ideal candidate will have previous experience within a senior administrative role with a working knowledge of a CRM/Databases. You will demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively with excellent customer service/management and IT skills. A qualification in Business Administration or a related field could be beneficial.
