Cherry Professional are excited to be recruiting a Senior Administrator for a Trust within the Education Sector in Nottingham. This role will give you the responsibilities of a Reception and Administration role as well as working within a dynamic community of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
To answer calls and greet visitors
You will support staff in their daily use of SIMS, Go4S and NFER
To monitor attendance, absence, and punctuality
You will be responsible for the administration for any visits
To administer and support internal and external examination reporting
You will be responsible for the health and safety compliance documentation
To be responsible for setting up payment methods and payment plans where necessary

Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience of a busy reception area or administrative office
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in Business Administration
Must have experience and skills with Microsoft Packages
Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues
