As a Senior Advisory Compliance Officer, you will be a key player in ensuring regulatory compliance within the derivatives markets, specifically Fixed Income (Bonds and Derivatives) and FX desks. Drawing upon your expertise as a compliance advisory specialist, you will advise and provide coverage to multiple trading and sales desks, contributing to the overall success of FICC markets.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a deep understanding of financial products (FICC, equities, or commodities) and regulations. Your expertise will be invaluable as you assess new business proposals against regulatory requirements, provide real-time advice on transactions, and review escalations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contribute to compliance policy creation and review, and deliver training on Advisory Compliance matters.

To excel in this role, you should have relevant industry experience and a strong grasp of regulations and best practices. A solid knowledge of financial markets is required from a product compliance advisory role. Familiarity with major industry regulations like MiFID II, EMIR, and MAR, along with awareness of industry standards such as the FX Global Code, will be highly beneficial.
