Job role: Lead Aerodynamics Engineer
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum + Overtime available @ Enhanced Rate
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Hours: Monday-Friday (08.00-16.45) - 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:
· To support the Aerodynamics engineering team with project development, implementation & research surrounding experimental wind tunnel testing and aerospace industry.
· To work within a team of highly skilled engineers to supply blue chip clients with an array of aerodynamic data (Inclusive of Transonic Wind Tunnel & High-Performance Computing Clusters.)
· Collaborate with clients to participate in the preparation of technical bids and taking responsibility for data quality with provision of results/reports to a global client base.
· Carry out analysis and interpret aerodynamic data results.
· To share your broad engineering knowledge with the engineering workforce alongside improving team capabilities
The Requirements:
· Previous experience of a minimum of 5 years within the Aerospace/Aerodynamic academic or professional space.
· Educated to a Masters or Degree Equivalent within a related area to Aerospace.
· Previous experience in Wind Tunnel Testing would be advantageous and an ability to demonstrate an understanding of the Aerospace industry.
· A high level of communication ability & Networking alongside the ability to engage with internal/external parties.
