Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the AHP recruitment division, overseeing the sourcing, screening, and placement of allied health professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and radiographers.
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, expand client relationships, and achieve business targets.
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to foster professional development and success.
• Managing key accounts and client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AHP recruitment, with a track record of success in delivering results and exceeding targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the allied health professions and the healthcare sector, with the ability to identify and engage with top talent.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.
