This individual is anticipated to participate in cross-functional efforts within Alts and/or AM.

As an HSBC employee in the UK, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities and a competitive pay and benefits package. This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.

In this role you will:

• Provide insights, analysis, and data on relevant ESG issues to support the work of the investment teams.

• Engage with General Partners at a senior level to drive improvements on significant ESG matters that can enhance shareholder value.

• Aid the investment and client teams in addressing ESG-related inquiries from the Group and clients.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders globally to facilitate the inclusion of ESG considerations in investment processes.

Request

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in asset management/in-direct markets is essential for this position.

• Thorough knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, and current trends is a critical requirement.
