Form of workI am working with a Clinical stage biotech company that are pioneering the development of regenerative medicines. There is a pipeline of several ATMPs that are at the forefront of clinical medicine for ocular diseases. They are looking for a Senior Analytical Development Scientist to join the business to develop robust Analytical methods for cell therapy projects.
You will work closely with the head of GMP Manufacturing to ensure the development of GMP compliant therapeutic products.
Have you got experience in
- Aseptic processing and experience in Cell Culture - Specifically stem cell culture (ESC and IPSC)
- Cell Imaging and Microscopy
- Protein based detection assays (IHC/ICC, Elisa, Western Blot)
- Molecular genetic techniques (DNA/RNA Extraction, qPCR, PCR)
- Cell Sorting assay (Flow Cytometry)
- Experience in data analysis and data presentation
- Experience in cell therapy substance and product development
- Experience in retinal pigmented epithelial, stem cell and retinal cell generation.
