SalaryA growing biotech company in Deeside are looking for a Senior Assay Development Scientist with a background in the IVD industry.
As a Senior Assay Development Scientist you will utilise your scientific expertise and leadership experience to ensure the delivery of client projects to the highest standards, whilst maintaining client satisfaction and confidence through regular contact. You will be responsible the advancing the development of the range of services offered by the company, and will work with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of projects from development to manufacturing.
Requirements for this role include:
- Degree in relevant discipline, preferably PhD or MSc;
- Significant industrial experience with demonstrable experience managing internal and external projects;
- Technical expertise within the design and development of molecular assays and/or immunoassays;
- Experience working within a regulated environment, ideally ISO13485.
