We are working with an international financial services organisation who are looking for a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join their London team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the company secretarial functions relating to the Board and its Committees by ensuring effective preparation for, administration of, and follow-up of all meetings
- Manage the collation of mandatory information from the Board and Committee Members in support of regulatory requirements ensuring up to date records are maintained
- Provide company secretarial support and governance advice as required to EUI and UK-based subsidiaries
To be successful in this role you will:
- Part or fully CGI qualified or a qualified solicitor
- Have road company secretarial experience of at least 5 years, including Board support experience and more general corporate secretarial experience such as preparation of annual reports, experience of board effectiveness reviews
- Have experience of working in a regulated or financial services environment
This role offers hybrid working with the expectation to be in the office 1 - 2 days per week.
