We're seeking a future team member for the role of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support the Business Management team with day-to-day Business Management activities, including capital planning, project planning, and budget management as assigned
  • Help prepare regular and ad hoc presentations
  • Planning and tactical project management
  • Manage central talent and recruiting activities
  • Co-ordinate key enterprise initiatives forward on behalf of the Treasury Services business
  • Facilities management and location strategy
  • Support the overarching employee engagement framework
  • Represent Treasury Services at appropriate forums
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders within Treasury Services, peers and key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Experience of accounting activities, planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting of global T&E & Marketing budget. Advantageous to have a finance background and/or a professional accountancy qualification (completed or working towards completion)
  • Creative input through PowerPoint and Word. Designing material for client and internal presentations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
  • Strong influencing skills, including ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives
  • Data analytical skills using Excel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
