The Role
- My client is looking for a Solicitor to join their high performing team of Medical Negligence experts. Renowned for their expertise in complex and high-value cases, you will have the opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of complex cases including brain injury, cancer, psychiatric injury, obstetrics, and gynaecology cases with limited supervision.
- In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Department Head to shape strategy and contribute to the development of business plans. Your involvement with the senior leadership, including participating in management meetings and working alongside Senior Associates, will be pivotal.
- You will have the opportunity to develop your own client base.
- You will be instrumental in supporting the Head of Department and Partners, not only with client services but also with their managerial duties.
- You will play a key role in guiding and nurturing the professional growth of the team's junior members.
Experience
The ideal candidate will be a certified Solicitor with prior experience in Medical Negligence, gained from a reputable law firm, whether representing claimants or defendants. Nonetheless, my client is open to considering applicants with backgrounds in Personal Injury and those who are Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx), provided they have experience with multi-track cases.
