We're seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE, USER EXPERIENCE to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Performs User Experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design
• Conducts user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations. Summarizes and creates reports of findings
• Creates concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications
• Contributes to the product definition and evaluation process utilizing multiple sources of information (field work, interviews, internet, intranet, market data/literature); interprets user feedback and insights to improve the User Experience
• Documentation of insights from testing and distillation into recommended solutions
• Tactical execution: Mockups, Wireframes, Visual Design, Interactivity and handoffs to product and engineering

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, User Experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
• Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
