We have partnered with a reputable international law firm, as they are seeking to hire a mid- level/ senior lawyer to work with the Firm’s landed and urban estate clients and private capital developers/investors.
This role will include:
- Residential and commercial development and investment projects
- Leasing, asset management & renewable energy matters
- A particular focus on strategic land development
Although you will be working from the Cheltenham office which is just over 100 in size, you will also work closely with the wider real estate team and the Firm’s Tax/Trusts, Private Property, finance and corporate teams across all of the UK offices.
