We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Benefits & Pensions Administrator to join an exciting global Financial Services firm. The role will be working closely with the Reward & Benefits Manager to support Benefits M&A project work.
The Senior Benefits Administrator responsibilities will include:
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Performance and Reward function across EMEA.
- Support of all administrative duties for key business projects including benefit, pay and pensions integration/separation.
- Provide administrative benefits support on multiple concurrent, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions.
- Act as point of contact for employee benefit and pay related queries.
- Administer the monthly exchange of employee and benefits data between the benefits platform and payroll.
- Benefits reconciliations.
- Supply analytical and reporting assistance.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience administering employee benefits, pensions, and working closely with payroll with a strong understanding of processes.
- Excellent excel skills (data sheets)
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to new and changing situations.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
