We are on the look-out for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Healthcare and Group Risk Corporate Consulting Delivery teams in either Glasgow or Birmingham.
Candidates will need to have experience in servicing and administering Group Risk or Healthcare products such as Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Private Medical Insurance.
Please note that if successful, you will be working from our Glasgow or Birmingham office and can work on a hybrid pattern spending 2 days working from home and 3 in the office.

We will rely on you to:
- Deliver superior analytical and consulting support to consulting teams and clients in a timely manner
- Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
- Take ownership of delivery of tasks, proactively manage own workload and manage client relationships to support retention & growth
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
- Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
- Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
- Attend client meetings as required
What you need to have:
- Group Risk/Healthcare experience from either an employer, Broker or Insurer environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines
- Be Client focused and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel
