You'll join the London team where they have a 5-10 year plan they want to execute to hit their UK growth plans. The main areas they're looking to focus on are - Corporate Interiors (Google, Netflix and TickTok are clients), Higher Education (large education buildings) and Life Sciences.
The Senior Bid Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Preparation of PQQs, SQs, capability documents, RFPs, ITTs, and interview presentations for potential clients
- Management of project teams to meet deadlines
- Drafting, editing, organising, and proofing various marketing collateral, such as proposal content, project sheets, resumes, brochures, and presentations
- Ensuring content is comprehensive, competitive, and client-specific, while aligning with brand standards
- Researching clients, market trends, and background information
Required skills and experience:
- As Senior Bid Coordinator, you'll have experience in the architectural bidding process.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
- Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Identification and review of public sector tender opportunities
- Capability to direct and motivate the work efforts of others and handle stressful situations
