Job Title: Senior BIM Information Manager

Salary: up to £50.000 depending on your experience

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM deliverables including BEP, MIDP, MPDT, Risk Register, Mobilisation Plan, clash detection, data audits, lessons learned reports.

• Supervise and liaise with team members in a multi-disciplinary environment to achieve holistic building solutions to the customer and project brief.

• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient and buildable solutions.

• Appraise BIM documentation including EIRs and develop recommendations

• Manage and supervise the training and development of the task teams and advise on training to improve project BIM design offering

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a BIM Co-ordinator or Technician.

• Possess a working knowledge of ISO19650, PAS1192 and other BIM standards

• Ability to use Navisworks / Solibri software accurately and efficiently for clash detection, coordination reviews and asset data auditing

• Strong understanding and demonstrable delivery of COBie data
