About the company?
Operating on all sides of building services design, this M&E Design specific consultancy are in their infancy, and already looking to grow their stable team of 15 with an experienced Senior BIM Technician, who can join the business, work independently on their own projects and report to their current BIM Manager. Based 20 minutes outside of Oxford, in the beautiful countryside town of Witney, this new consultancy is new on the scene and offering a range of complex projects and the opportunity to help with the growth of the business. Working across a range of sectors on projects such as healthcare, education and residential, to name a few, they are utilising all new technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit and IES, equipping you with all the relevant and latest tools you need to successfully get the job done. They have most of their BIM processes in place, set up by the current BIM Manager and Directors, so we are looking for someone who wants to get stuck in and get going on live projects.
During 2022 they went from strength to strength and have had an extremely busy 2023! They are looking for individuals who want to make a difference, ambitious engineers and coordinators that can join their journey and develop the business as well as their career at senior levels. They're hoping to add 3 individuals to the business in the next few months, so you could be part of this expansion! A new office is potentially on the horizon, so there is plenty to get involved in.

What they require from the successful Senior BIM Technician?
* Proven experience as a BIM Technician within the Building Services Design sector.
* Able to work independently, from the beginning on your own projects.
* Able to work in a Technician capacity and potentially do a more coordination role as well.
* Able to use software packages such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD to name the basics.
* A passion for sustainably designed buildings and quality engineering.
* Work independently as well as with a team, from the office and from home.
* A hard working, flexible and versatile individual who isn't afraid to ask questions and learn.
