Description
- Maintain financial records including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
- Creating and analysing financial reports.
- Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerised accounting system.
- Management accountant and month end duties.
- Producing payroll reports.
- Completing VAT returns.
- Cash flow forecasts.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to improve financial processes.
- Ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to the finance department during the year-end audit.
Profile
A successful Interim Senior Bookkeeper should have:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Bookkeeper or Management Accountant.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Good communication skills for reporting financial information.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
