Senior Building Services Engineer

My client is a multidiscipline property and construction consultancy with over 1000 employees across 12 locations within the UK. My client is looking to recruit a Senior Building Services Engineer to join their offices in Winchester.
Main responsibilities for a Senior Building Services Engineer include:
- Delivery of building regulations compliance modelling through Part L and EPC's
- Carrying out Thermal Comfort analysis through CIBSE Guide A, TM52 and TM59
- Carrying out CIBSE TM54 operational energy analysis and NABERS simulations
- Being involved in Passive design and low-aero carbon technology studies, whilst assisting with Net-zero operational energy studies for new and retrofit projects
- Working alongside clients, providing solutions on a range of projects to reduce the environmental impact they may have.
Requirements for the Senior Building Services Engineer role include:
- MEng within an engineering, architecture, or sustainability field
- Strong experience within a relevant role, as well as having demonstratable knowledge and experience of Building physics
- Strong Knowledge of dynamic simulation software such as IES VE, and UK Building Regulations
- Accredited user of IES VE and CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant or Low Carbon Energy Assessor level 5 would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience utilising industry guidance such as RIBA and LETI
