Carriera have been retained by a successful boutique consultancy, in order to secure a senior/associate Building Surveyor to help lead on a major new initiative.
Our client, was established in 2010 by two entrepreneurial directors. The business provides a full range of services within building surveying and project management, working with Gabba yeah the likes of Funds, Institutions, Leisure Providers, Blue Chip Companies, Housing Associations, London Boroughs, and Contractors.
Employing 18 strong, the business has three offices based in London the South West.
Due to a major new initiative with a private client, they are now looking to expand their service offering in the North-West.
The position will see you providing top-tier advice on private residential dwellings, through to listed buildings and new builds. These projects vary from a few hundred thousand up to £5m.
Duties you will encompass range from; client facing, feasibility reports, homebuyer’s reports, administering the contracts via JCT minor works and project management.
The business requires a chartered Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. It is important that you have experience in both areas of project and professional services, and have the drive and tenacity to nurture relationships and help drive business forward. As you will be assisting in the development of the North-West division, it is imperative that you have previous experience in managing a small teams.
