• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Building Surveyor, with a strong track record in both project management and professional services.
• Proficient in handling projects within the education and commercial sectors.
• Excellent technical knowledge and skills in building surveying, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
• Strong project management skills, with the capacity to lead projects effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
