A global construction consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their office based in York.
The Senior Building Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor's workload will be varied and include a mixture of technical advisory and some professional work with flexibility potentially to accommodate your skill sets and aspirations.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be expected to have a broad range and experience of commercial surveying including Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Condition Surveys.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor must also support with mentoring and supervising junior Building Surveyors.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS accreditation ideally
- BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years of consultancy experience
- Skills in leadership
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Full understanding of health and safety requirements
- Commercial mind
