One of the UK’s leading travel clients now requires a Senior Business Analyst within their Contact Centre Team to implement and maintain efficient systems.
The ideal Senior Business Analyst will have previous experience working within Contact Centre/Call Centre and act as the liaison between the business and IT.
This is a Senior Business Analyst reporting directly into the Lead Business Analyst.
The ideal Business Systems Analyst will have the following skills/experiences:
- Excellent all-round BA skills
- Extensive experience working within Contact Centre and Call Centres
- Ideally, strong background working within e-Commerce.
- Previous Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills
This is a hybrid position and would require you onsite 3 days per week at their office in Luton.
Our client is offering a salary up to £72,000pa + an excellent benefits package!
