Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst, specialising in complex back-office systems.
- Proven track record in the public sector or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with customer-facing website design (e.g., Azure, React), CRM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 core functions), or Event Management solutions.
- Expertise in analysing processes for data migration, User Acceptance Testing, and providing support for procurement processes.
