Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst required by our key client within the Healthcare sector. As a certified Senior Business Analyst your focus will be on business units' application, the development (and execution) of the plans for application road maps, setting best practise and setting the blueprint within the BA function. This is a fully remote role with an onsite day a month in the office in Camberley Surrey.
This role will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months for Maternity Cover with a view to then going permanent and the following are key…

• 4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst with multi-disciplinary development teams.

• Experience building B2B solutions (cloud a big plus).

• Experience running parallel workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable communicating risks and running governance.
• Agile product delivery experience.

• Customer facing role in a professional services environment.

• User experience and user interface skills.

You will be comfortable…

• Building relationships with the customer teams and working in partnership to understand the requirements and business objectives.
• Working with the product teams on functional and non-functional solutions in a collaborative manner to solve problems in the most efficient way.

• Planning and running the discovery phase that enables creative solution development to meet customer requirements today and scale for future opportunities.
• Creating user journeys, wireframes, epics, user stories and engineering tasks with the teams to ensure implementation details are clear.
• Executing show and tells for product and operational teams.
