IT Senior Business Analyst

£44,000 - £54,000 + 27% pension + 25 days annual leave

Hybrid - 1 day per week in Newport office

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Business Analyst to join a public sector organisation in the middle of a huge digital transformation program which will revolutionise the way they work. You will join an established and supportive community of Business Analysts working as part of an Agile multi-disciplinary squad alongside product managers, service design, data specialists, developers, and testers GOOD CULTURE MENTORING?

Within this role, you will be expected to be proactive and take ownership of analysis activities and deliverables. You will support the maturity of the Business Analysis practice through peer support, tutoring and mentoring of others in the team. You will be able to build strong working relationships, demonstrating good leadership and collaborative working skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for an individual that has:

• Strong experience of working within an agile, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience of working on technical projects, for instance digital transformations or software focused projects.
• At least 4- 5 years working as a Business Analyst
• Experience of mentoring other Business Analysts
• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (CBAP or IIBA)
