This role has a starting salary of £38,746 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
We are excited to be hiring a new Senior Business Manager to join the Better Care Fund Programme, sitting within Integrated Commissioning. The position will be suitable for hybrid working with Woodhatch Place, Reigate as the base. This means you will be required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.

About the Role
In this role you will organise a variety of meetings across different organisations and lead in the support for the governance arrangements for decision making across the Better Care Fund. Key relationships and liaison will be with finance, legal, commissioners, Place-based Local Joint Commissioning Groups and board secretariats.
We are looking for an organised person who works well with complex planning in a project, programme or policy context. You will play an integral role in co-ordinating planning and reporting across a large integrated NHS and Social Care budget.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience in presenting complex information in different formats and comfortable working with numerical as well as written reporting.
Shortlisting Criteria
To be considered for shortlisting for this position, your application will clearly evidence the following:
- Practical experience of using IT tools including Excel to track and maintain accurate logs of reporting requirements.
- Experience of collating and analysing large amounts of data and information
- Experience of co-ordinating meetings and providing secretariat support for governance arrangements.
- Ability to take a confident, organised and proactive approach to your work with a commitment to your own professional development.
