BASIC £52K & 3% of monthly Team GP paid quarterly
Manage small team of 5 experienced RC's.
The successful Recruitment Business Manager will be joining our highly successful clients Engineering USA brand.
Main responsibility for understanding and implementing business strategies, achieving budgets and managing and developing a high performing team of consultants. This agency has ambitious growth plans and the infrastructure to achieve it. There has truly never been a better time to join.
