This company are a Civil and Structural Engineering firm who provide consultancy based services to their public and private sector clients. They run projects within a variety of industries including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Highways, Drainage and Infrastructure. Having grown throughout the pandemic and the recent winning of lucrative new contracts, they are now looking to recruit a Senior CAD Technician.
In this role you will be supporting the structural engineering team in overcoming design challenges through utilising cutting edge technical solutions. Your responsibilities within this position will include: producing technical engineering drawings, liaising between different design teams and stakeholders, attending technical meetings, assist in the preparation of fee proposals, attending sites where required, you will also be expected to support the development and work delivery of junior staff.
This role would therefore ideally suit an individual who has strong experience within structural technician work in the construction sector. You will be proficient with AutoCAD and at least a basic understanding of Revit. You will also be seeking a long term role within a company offering progression and personal development opportunities.
