About You
Compassionate by nature, you lead with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Be a positive role model for colleagues, a hands-on team player ready to assist residents. Organised, hardworking, and resilient, you bring two years of adult care experience, ideally in a similar role, and hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will leverage your extensive care experience to provide leadership within our dynamic team. Take charge of care planning, medication administration, and play a pivotal role in training and supporting junior staff. Your dedication will contribute significantly to the high-quality care we deliver.
Minimum of two years' experience as a Care Assistant
NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
Proven track record of providing exceptional care
