I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carer to work as a Senior Care Assistant within an award-winning Care Home in Leicester.

The home provide residential, elderly, dementia and respite care for 40 residents and have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC.

As the Senior Carer your role will include:

• Assisting the management team in ensuring that person-centred care is delivered throughout the home
• Leading the staff team
• Managing rotas and scheduling shifts
• Care plans
• Supervision and assisting with staff induction and training
• & more

You will receive a generous salary of £12 per hour. The home also offer a range of ongoing training and personal development opportunities as well as excellent support from the management and regional management team.
