An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join our amazing team at Jubilee House, a stunning luxury care home in Leamington Spa.

As a Senior Carer, you will ensure all residents are provided with the highest possible standards of care and support. You will create professional relationships with your staff team and resident relatives to ensure transparency and trust is maintained. You will identify care needs and preferences of residents and ensure these are accurately reflected in care plans as appropriate. You will also liaise with GP’s and other health professionals regarding health care needs and make requests for GP/Professional visits where necessary ensuring the correct medication is supplied, checked in and administered in line with company policies and procedures. For this position, you will need to have previous experience in a senior role and an NVQ level 3.

Job Details

• Hours: 12 - 42 per week
• Part time or Full time
• Day or Night contract available
• 8am-8pm. 8pm-8am

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Care Assistant in residential care

Due to the nature of the role, this position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
