In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and compliant procurement service to support the council's vision." If you are an expert in Public Contracts Regulations, experienced in stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and skilled in negotiation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compliant procurements in accordance with the Council's Contract Policy and Procedures and Public Contracts Regulations.
- Manage the full end-to-end process for all procurements, including contracts up to GBP20,000,000.
- Provide the local authority with the same standard of procurement service as the Council, including line management responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Expert practitioner in end-to-end procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with both stakeholders and suppliers.
- Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional project teams.
