Position: Senior Civil Engineer (Drainage and Highways)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of drainage and highways projects from conception to completion.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to identify optimal solutions for infrastructure development.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors, to foster strong working relationships and achieve project objectives.

Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on drainage and highways projects.

Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Hydraflow and Micro drainage .

Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, including local building codes and environmental guidelines.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
