Are you an experienced Claims Advisor in the property industry?

 We have an opening in A family-owned insurance brokerage group, as a Senior Claims Advisor.  As part of the UK-based team, recognized as the “shop window” for this company, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional service standards.

The Role

You'll deliver outstanding claims handling and service, physically attending sites during significant and complex claim events to support clients from day one. You'll liaise with various parties to ensure smooth proceedings, develop strategies, lead negotiations for early claim settlements, and provide insightful claims MI and overview..

Your responsibilities will extend to providing technical support and resources to internal stakeholders and clients, embodying the values of being exceptional, proud, and inclusive in every task. You'll actively manage a portfolio of claims, negotiate settlements, and proactively drive insurers or their suppliers for swift resolutions, maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction without compromise.

From You?

You’ll have a proven track record in claim handling, especially in attending sites for property investigations, and a strong understanding of property policy wordings. If you are Dip CII or have experience on Acturis then even better!!

Salary: up to £45k
