You will report directly to the Head of Aviation Claims and work closely with the London-based claims teams. You will perform operational tasks, while being trained on the job to ensure your success in the role.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Handle complex Aviation claims within authority limits and following our procedures and guidelines. Deliver on administrative tasks including data entry and document management. Train and develop the team and be the technical referral point for other Claims HandlersCollaborate within the team and with external stakeholders to facilitate smooth claims processing. Engage with other teams such as Underwriting and Operations, locally and internationally.What You'll Bring to the Role
You provide a personalized, transparent, and empathetic response to our clients, thereby enhancing their claims experience and overall satisfaction. Your technical claims handling skills are solid. This includes claims evaluation and your ability to use the latest digital technologies. You interact with all relevant stakeholders inside and outside our organization. You understand relevant industry trends, coverage principles, legal framework, processes, and litigation management. Your technology and data analysis skills contribute to continually develop and refine workflows. You embrace changes and make the most of them for long-term success.What's in it for you?
