SalaryLocation: Reports into Manchester office/ Hybrid working
Salary: £70 - £75k + Car Scheme + Bonus
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a key portfolio of up to 7 large clients that consist of complex and intricate Invoice Finance and ABL cases.
- Ensuring that risk is minimised through the use of risk management tools.
- Consistently delivering excellent customer service and engaging with senior management on additional services when needed.
- Maximising income potential by making sure the correct fee rates are maintained and additional fees are charged where necessary.
- Conducting annual client reviews and ad hoc reviews where facility changes are needed.
- Undertaking client site visits when needed.
- Sourcing new business opportunities.
- Ensuring all Government and Compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Providing business underwriting resources when required.
- Responsible for line management of 3 Client Managers.
- Conducting ad hoc training and support to the Client Managers as required.
- Providing support to the Head of the division.
- Industry specific experience including knowledge of Credit & Risk.
- Previous experience as a Client Manager/ Senior Client Manager.
- Previous line management experience.
- Experience of presenting at Credit Committee level would be desirable but not essential.
- Insolvency experience would also be a bonus but not essential.
